.. Backpacking Trip ..

Us before we headed up the trail.
My feet felt so good at this point on the trail.

After we had set up camp. This is when my feet were killing me.
Ha, serves me right though ... Better shoes next time.

This is where all the coyotes were that scared the heck out of me that night when Brett turned on his radio to find a game. This is before I knew we would have visitors for the night.
Pretty area even if it's coyote wrestling grounds.
(At least that's what it sounded like to me. Probably not as bad as it seemed)

All packed up for the trek back down off the mountain.

Kinda scary. So glad we had the tent after I found out this guy so close to our camp.

We made it.
Brett was so amazing! He put up with my complaining and he carried my pack for me part of the way. No easy task. About 65-70 lbs worth.
